Important Information For Vendors
No refunds are given on any booth spaces. Booth rentals are a donation to our benefiting charities.
Tents, chairs, tables are not provided. This is an outdoor event, so please be prepared if you need a tent or other shelter.
Sertoma Duck Race Festival committee must approve all booth activities prior to the event.
Booth location requests will be granted if possible. Current vendors have the first opportunity to renew their current booth space by turning in a registration form for the next year at the event. After the event all spaces for the next year will be put out for public purchase.
Sales of the following items are prohibited from sales in any vendor booth:
Toys, Any Duck Related Toy or Item, Any Hot Air Balloon Related Toy or Item, Glow/Light up Toys, Hot Dogs, Iced Sweet or Unsweet Tea, Any Items Displaying Profanity
By filling out the registration form below you agree to the above restrictions.
After submitting the registration form you will be emailed an invoice for your chosen space. Spaces can only be held for 3 days from the date of invoice.
If your invoice is not paid within 3 days your invoice and registration will be canceled.

Vendor Set Up Times: Friday 10am - 4:30pm
If you need to drive a vehicle in to the park please arrive early. No vehicles will be allowed inside the park after 3pm.
Friday 5pm-11pm and Saturday Noon-10pm
You are allowed to close your booth at dark if you prefer. There will be light trees in the park for safety. Overnight security is provided.
Welcome to the Sertoma Duck Race Festival Craft Fair!
We are expecting a fantastic year for vendors along with a carnival zone for kids, live entertainment, lots of great food and our famous rubber duck race with a public attendance of 15,000-20,000 people every year!
We welcome you to apply to be a vendor by filling out the form below. Please do not apply until you are ready to pay for your space.
Please take a look at the vendor map and let us know which available space you would like. The map is color coded, please see the key in the bottom right.
Some spaces have electric, but those do sell out fast, so get your request in as early as possible. Don't worry, if all the spaces with power are taken we do allow battery packs in the craft area and generators in the food vendor areas. Please no generators in the large craft vendor area.
